There are really good changes that have happened in the real estate market, and those have changed for sellers for the better! And buyers with the low-interest rates changing the market as well! Inventory lows have pushed the market into 4% higher in price point from where we were just a year ago! This is great news with a lot of economists saying the housing market was going to remain the same or go negative!
